Terms and Conditions

Who We Are and These Terms

DMFirst runs the official DMFirst website, with its guides, and the DMFirst colour prediction game, which is played with free virtual coins. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean DMFirst, and "you" means anyone who visits the website or plays the game.

By using the website or the game you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

18+ Only

The website and the game are for adults aged 18 and over. Sign-up and guest play ask for your date of birth, and by playing you confirm that the date you gave is true. If you are under 18, please leave the game. We may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18. Parents and guardians are welcome to read the guides.

One Person, Honest Use

When you use DMFirst, you agree to:

• give true details when you register, including your date of birth;
• use your account yourself, and not share, sell, rent or lend it;
• not create extra accounts to collect more bonuses or refills, or to boost the leaderboard;
• not use bots, scripts, modified apps or any tool that automates picks or attacks the game;
• not try to break, overload, probe or interfere with the website, the game or other players;
• not pretend to be DMFirst, or use our name to ask anyone for money or personal details;
• not copy our guides in bulk or present them as your own;
• not use the website or the game for anything unlawful in India.

Choose a username that is not offensive, does not copy another person and does not pretend to be staff.

Virtual Coins Have No Cash Value

The game uses virtual coins only. You get coins free when you sign up, from the daily bonus and from refills when your balance runs low. Coins:

• have no cash value and are not money, credit, a prize or property;
• cannot be bought, sold, transferred, gifted or traded;
• cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or turned into anything of value;
• are lost if your account is deleted or closed.

We may change coin amounts, bonuses, refills, stakes or payouts at any time. Leaderboard places carry no reward other than the place itself. Any person or website offering to buy or sell DMFirst coins, or to pay you for them, is not us and breaks these terms.

No Real-Money Play

Nothing on DMFirst can be played for money. We do not accept deposits, stakes or fees, and we do not pay out winnings. Since 1 May 2026, the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 prohibits offering, advertising and processing payments for online money games in India. You must not use the game, its results or your coins to organise, place, take or settle bets of any kind, on or off the game.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what happens on your account. Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and log out on shared devices. We will never ask for your password, an OTP or a payment. There is no password reset link yet, so add an email to your account; if you forget your password, write to contact@dm1st.uk from that email.

A guest account is kept in one browser until you upgrade it. If that browser's data is cleared, the guest account cannot be recovered. You can delete your account at any time from the delete account page in the game.

Suspension and Closing Accounts

We may suspend or close an account, remove coins or leaderboard results, or block access, without notice, if we believe the account cheats, abuses bonuses, uses bots or automation, attacks the game, harasses others, breaks these terms or the law, or belongs to someone under 18. Where we can, we will tell you why. If you think we made a mistake, email us and we will look again.

Fairness of Rounds

Every round is drawn by our server. Before a round starts, the game publishes a commit hash; after the round, it reveals the seed, so anyone can check the result was fixed before picks closed. Results are random and independent, and no person, chart, pattern or tool can predict or promise them. If a fault or outage settles a round wrongly, we may correct or cancel that round and adjust coins to match.

Our Guides Are General Information

The guides on the website explain how the DMFirst game works, how to stay safe online and what the law in India says. They are general information only, not legal, financial, tax or professional advice. We try to keep them accurate and review them regularly, but laws and other services can change. Check important matters with a qualified adviser.

Copycat Sites Are Not Us

dm1st.uk and app.dm1st.uk are the only DMFirst website and game we run. Other websites, APK files, Telegram channels, "agents" and invite-code pages that use the DMFirst name, especially any that take deposits, are copycats. We do not run, approve or support them, and we are not responsible for anything they do or any money you give them. Our about page explains how to recognise the real DMFirst.

Availability and Liability

The website and the game are free and provided "as is". We do not promise that they will always be available, error-free or unchanged. We may pause the game for maintenance, change its rooms, rules or features, or stop offering it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using or being unable to use the website or the game, including lost coins, or for any money you choose to spend on other services.

Links to Other Sites

Some pages link to outside websites, such as public helplines, government portals and reference pages. We add them because they are useful, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We never link to real-money operators.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms when the website, the game or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and using DMFirst after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.

Contact

Questions about these terms go to contact@dm1st.uk or through the contact page. To go back to the guides and the game, visit the DMFirst home page.
