DMFirst Customer Care: Official Support and Fake Number Warnings
Updated · DMFirst

DMFirst customer care is simple: official support is one email inbox, and most account problems can be fixed in a minute without writing at all. This guide lists the quick fixes for the DMFirst game, shows how to write to support, explains account deletion, and helps you spot the fake helpline numbers that copy our name.
One rule first. Official DMFirst support has no phone number, no WhatsApp and no Telegram. Anyone calling or texting you as DMFirst support is not us.
What Official DMFirst Customer Care Covers
dm1st.uk is the official DMFirst website, and the DMFirst game runs at app.dm1st.uk. The game has real accounts kept on our server, free virtual coins, a weekly leaderboard and round fairness checks. Coins have no cash value, so there are no deposits, no withdrawals and no payments to chase.
That keeps DMFirst customer care focused. We help with your game account, bugs, unclear rules, account deletion and reports of copycat pages or apps that use the DMFirst name. The DMFirst home page explains the game in a few lines if you are new.
The only official support channel
- Email: contact@dm1st.uk
- No phone number, call centre or toll-free helpline.
- No WhatsApp number, Telegram channel or Instagram inbox.
- No agents, teachers or VIP managers.
Fix Common Game Account Problems Yourself
Many DMFirst customer care questions have a quick answer. Find your problem in the table before you write, as it may save you a wait.
| Problem | Why it happens | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Forgot password | There is no password reset link in the game yet. | Email contact@dm1st.uk from the email on your account, with your username. |
| Guest account lost | Guest log-in details live in one browser and go when its data is cleared. | It cannot be reopened. Next time, upgrade the guest to a full account. |
| Coins running low | Every pick can lose, and balances swing. | Claim the daily bonus, or take a 2,000-coin refill when under 100, every 6 hours. |
| Pick will not go through | Picks close in the last 5 seconds of each round. | Wait for the next round to open, then pick earlier. |
| Game is in the wrong language | The game remembers the last language used on that device. | Use the language switch in the game, or open the Hindi link. |
| Account missing on a new phone | You are not logged in on that device yet. | Log in with your username and password. Accounts work on every device. |
| Username refused | Usernames need 3–20 letters, numbers or underscores, and must be free. | Remove spaces and symbols, or try another name. |
| Sign-up blocked | The game is for players aged 18 and over. | Check your date of birth. Under-18s cannot register. |
To switch to Hindi in one tap, open the DMFirst game in Hindi. For install trouble, read the guide to adding the DMFirst game to your phone. For log-in errors, the DMFirst login troubleshooting steps cover wrong usernames, passwords and sessions.

How to Reach Official Support
If the table did not solve it, email contact@dm1st.uk. It is the only official inbox, and every message is read by a person. The contact page for help and feedback lists the same address and explains how to report a fake page or app.
What support can help with
- Forgotten passwords, when you write from the email saved on your account.
- Bugs, frozen screens or rounds that look wrong.
- Questions about rules, coins, the leaderboard or fairness checks.
- Account deletion when you cannot log in.
- Reports of copycat sites, apps or social accounts using the DMFirst name.
What happens after you write
We read your message, check the account if needed and reply by email. We cannot promise a fixed reply time. DMFirst customer care never follows up by phone, WhatsApp or chat, so a call claiming to be our reply is fake.
How to Write to Support
A short, clear email gets the fastest answer from DMFirst customer care. Use any language you are comfortable with, including Hindi. Put these details in your message:
- Your DMFirst username. Never your password.
- Send it from the email address saved on your account, if you added one.
- Your phone or computer model, and whether you use the browser or the home-screen app.
- The room and the time, if the problem was with a round.
- What you tapped, what you expected and what you saw.
- A screenshot, if you can take one.
Support will never ask for your password, an OTP, a UPI PIN, a card number or a payment. If a reply asks for any of these, it did not come from us. Many answers are also in the short DMFirst FAQ answers.
Add an email to your account
Email is optional when you register, but it is how support confirms an account is yours. Without one, we may not be able to help with a forgotten password. The step-by-step DMFirst register guide shows where the email field is.
Deleting Your DMFirst Account
Account deletion needs no DMFirst customer care ticket: you can delete your account yourself at any time. Log in, then open the delete account page in the game and confirm. Your username, coins, bet history, leaderboard stats and sessions are removed from our server. This cannot be undone, and the coins cannot be moved to another account.
If you cannot log in, email support from the address on your account and ask for deletion. Our privacy policy on what the game stores lists every item we keep and how long.
Back to the Official DMFirst Game
Log in to your account, or register free with a username, a password of 6+ characters and your date of birth. Coins have no cash value. 18+ only.
Problems on Copycat Sites That Use the Name
Some websites and APK files use the DMFirst name to take deposits through UPI. They are copycats, not us. We cannot see their accounts, balances or payments, and no DMFirst customer care number on those sites connects to our team.
These sites often run Telegram accounts called teachers, mentors or agents. They reply fast and share "signals" for the next colour. Common requests include:
- Recharge more to "unlock" a withdrawal or reach the next VIP level.
- Pay a tax, processing fee or verification amount before money is released.
- Join a paid signal group that claims to know the next result.
- Send screenshots of your bank app, or share your screen.
Since 1 May 2026, India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 bans offering online money games, so there is no regulator to complain to and such a site can vanish overnight. Do not deposit again to "fix" a problem. Our page on why DMFirst coins have no cash value explains the law, and the reporting steps below tell you what to do next.
Genuine Support vs Fake Support
Fake DMFirst customer care follows a pattern. Once you know it, the warning signs are easy to spot, whether the contact claims to be from a game, a bank or a delivery company.
| Sign | Official DMFirst support | Fake support |
|---|---|---|
| How you reach it | You email contact@dm1st.uk yourself. | A search ad, map listing, social post, comment reply or DM. |
| Who starts the chat | You do. We never contact you first. | They message or call you first, often within minutes of a post. |
| What they ask for | Your username, a description and maybe a screenshot. | OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV, password or a photo of your Aadhaar. |
| Apps to install | None. | A screen-sharing app, a "support" APK or a link to a form. |
| Payments | Never. The game has no payments at all. | A "processing fee", "tax" or refundable deposit. |
| Contact channel | Email only. | A personal mobile number, WhatsApp chat or Telegram handle. |
| Tone | Calm, with no deadline. | Urgent: your account will be blocked unless you act now. |
| UPI requests | None. | A collect request you are told to approve to "receive" a refund. |
The last row catches many people. On UPI, you never enter your PIN to receive money. A PIN screen always means money is leaving your account.
Fake DMFirst Customer Care Numbers in Ads and Social Posts
A fake DMFirst customer care number usually appears where people look when they are worried: a paid search ad, an edited map listing, a YouTube comment or an Instagram post. Scammers also reply to public complaints on X or Facebook with "DM us" and a number.
How the call usually goes
- A polite agent confirms your problem and says it can be fixed quickly.
- They ask you to install an app so they can "check your account".
- They send a link or a UPI request and ask you to approve it.
- They ask you to read out the OTP that just arrived.
- The money is gone, and the number stops answering.
This is a form of phishing by phone. Because official DMFirst support has no phone line, every number using our name is fake. Close the page and report it.
Quick checks before you call any number
- Is the number printed inside the app, on your card, or on a bill you received? If not, skip it.
- Does the listing say "sponsored" or come from a stranger's comment? Treat it as untrusted.
- Search the number with the word "fraud". Other victims often post warnings.
- Remember that anyone offering DMFirst customer care by phone is not us.

Screen-Sharing Apps and OTP Warnings
Remote-access apps such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer QuickSupport or RustDesk are useful for IT teams. In the hands of a fake agent, they let a stranger watch your screen, see every OTP and sometimes tap for you. Screen sharing on a WhatsApp video call does the same.
- No game, bank or payment app needs to see your screen to solve a problem.
- If you installed one at a caller's request, uninstall it and restart your phone.
- An OTP is a key to your money. Never read it out, type it into a chat or forward the SMS.
- Official DMFirst customer care never needs an OTP, because the game never sends one.
What to Do If You Were Scammed
Speed matters. The sooner a fraud is reported, the better the chance that a transfer can be traced or held. Use these four routes, starting with the first three together.
| Where | Use it for | Keep ready |
|---|---|---|
| Helpline 1930 | Money lost to online fraud, reported as fast as possible. | Your phone number, bank name, amount, time and transaction ID. |
| cybercrime.gov.in | A written complaint for money fraud and other cybercrime. | Screenshots, the scammer’s number, UPI ID or link, and your bank details. |
| Your bank | Blocking UPI, cards and net banking, and disputing transactions. | The number from your card or the bank’s own app, not from search. |
| Sanchar Saathi Chakshu | Reporting a suspected fraud call, SMS or WhatsApp message. | The number, the date and time, and a screenshot of the message. |
File online complaints on the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal and report suspicious calls through Chakshu on the Sanchar Saathi portal. Chakshu is for warning about a number. If money has already gone, call 1930 and your bank first.
After that, change the passwords for your email and banking apps from a device you trust. Remove any app a caller asked you to install, and tell family members, because scammers often try the same trick on them. If the scam used the DMFirst name, email us the page address or number too, so we can warn other players.

How to Write a Clear Fraud Report
A clear report helps the police, your bank and DMFirst customer care alike. Write it once, keep it in your notes app, and paste it wherever you need it.
- What happened, in three or four short sentences.
- The date and time of each call, message and payment.
- How you found the scammer: ad, comment, Telegram, SMS or call.
- Every phone number, UPI ID, Telegram handle and website address involved.
- Transaction IDs (the UTR number in your UPI app) and amounts.
- Screenshots of chats, payment screens and the ad or post.
- What you have already done, such as blocking your card.
If you write a police report with help from a family member, check it before you submit, because numbers and times matter most.
Mobile Tips for Getting Help Safely
These habits make DMFirst customer care, your bank and the police more useful when something goes wrong.
- Take screenshots before you close any chat, so evidence stays even if the scammer deletes messages.
- Save real helpline numbers from your bank's own app into your contacts now, before you need them.
- Turn on spam call filtering in your phone app, and block numbers that pressure you.
- Never tap a link inside an SMS that claims your account is blocked. Open the app yourself instead.
- Use Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm help only from inside those apps.
- Write down your DMFirst username somewhere safe, so you can quote it in a support email.
- Keep your phone's software and browser updated, so known security holes are closed.
Strengths and Limits of Our Support
Here is an honest look at what DMFirst customer care can and cannot do.
Strengths
- Most account problems are solved by the self-fix table in under a minute.
- One official channel, so a fake contact is easy to spot.
- We never ask for an OTP, PIN, password or payment.
- You can delete your account yourself, without waiting for anyone.
Limits
- Email only, so replies are not instant.
- No password reset link yet, and we cannot help without proof the account is yours.
- A lost guest account cannot be recovered.
- We have no access to copycat sites and cannot get money back from them.
- We are not the police or a bank, so we cannot act on fraud ourselves.
Stay Safe When You Look for Help
Real help never asks for an OTP, a UPI PIN, a card number or a fee. If a support contact asks for any of these, stop the chat and block them.
Money lost to a copycat site, or the stress of chasing it, can feel heavy. If you need someone to talk to, the iCALL psychosocial helpline (9152987821) offers free, confidential support.
18+ only. DMFirst rounds are played with free virtual coins that are not money, and nobody can predict or promise a result. Since 1 May 2026, India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 bans online games played for money. Read our fake support agent warnings for limits and free help.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a DMFirst customer care phone number?
No. Official DMFirst support works by email only, at contact@dm1st.uk. There is no phone line, no WhatsApp number and no Telegram account, so any number shown online as a DMFirst helpline is fake. Do not call it or share anything with whoever answers.
I forgot my password. Can support reset it?
There is no reset link in the game yet. Write to contact@dm1st.uk from the email address saved on your account and include your username. Never send your old password, and never share a password with anyone who contacts you.
My guest account disappeared. Can you bring it back?
A guest account is kept in the browser where you started it. If that browser data was cleared, the guest log-in details are gone and the account cannot be reopened. Upgrade a guest to a full account with a username and password so it is never tied to one browser.
My coins are almost gone. Can support add more?
Support does not add coins by hand, but the game gives them for free. Claim the daily bonus of 1,000 coins (2,000 if you claimed the day before too), or take a refill of 2,000 coins when your balance is under 100, once every 6 hours.
Someone on Telegram says they are DMFirst support. Should I trust them?
No. We never message anyone first and we have no Telegram, WhatsApp or Instagram support. Accounts calling themselves DMFirst teachers, agents or VIP managers are not us. If they ask for money, an OTP or a fee, block and report them.
Can you help with a deposit or withdrawal on another DMFirst site?
No. The DMFirst game uses free virtual coins only, with no deposits and no withdrawals. A site that took your money under the DMFirst name is a copycat, and we cannot see its accounts or payments. Report it to 1930 and cybercrime.gov.in, and call your bank.
How do I delete my DMFirst account?
Log in and open the delete account page in the game. It removes your account straight away and cannot be undone. If you cannot log in, email support from the address on your account and ask for deletion.
Conclusion: One Inbox, No Phone Numbers
Official DMFirst customer care is one email address, contact@dm1st.uk, plus the self-fix table above. Forgotten passwords, bugs and deletion requests go there, and most other problems take a minute to fix yourself. We have no phone, WhatsApp or Telegram, so any number using our name is fake.
Copycat sites that take deposits are not us, and no DMFirst customer care number in an ad or comment can reach your account. If you were caught, call your bank and 1930 straight away, then report on cybercrime.gov.in.
